Meet Caren
Bio
Caren Rodriguez is Chief Marketing Officer for DMJPS and provides strategic growth, marketing, and business development leadership for the firm. She has more than 25 years of professional experience leading growth strategies to align with organizational goals. At DMJPS, her responsibilities include firm marketing strategy, communications, brand development, digital marketing, and professional and industry partnerships.
Caren is a dedicated member of the accounting and professional services marketing field, previously serving multiple terms on the Association for Accounting Marketing’s Board of Directors, including serving on the executive committee and among various task forces and committees. She is also a frequent writer, speaker, and presenter on the topics of marketing strategy and firm growth.
Caren has been recognized by the Triad Business Journal as a 40 Under 40 Award recipient. She is an alumna of Leadership North Carolina, a statewide organization designed to inform, develop, and engage committed leaders by broadening their understanding of and involvement in issues and opportunities facing the state of North Carolina. Today, she serves her second term on the Board of Directors for Leadership North Carolina.
Originally from New Jersey, Caren discovered North Carolina when she attended North Carolina State University earning a B.S. in Communication. She remains a proud Wolfpack fan. Caren, her husband, and two sons live in Greensboro where she is passionate about her community as an advocate for Special Olympics North Carolina and a volunteer for A Simple Gesture.
