Kay Griffin,

Kay Griffin is a Manager at DMJPS CPAs + Advisors in the Client Accounting and Advisory Services (CAAS) department. With nearly 50 years of experience in accounting and finance, Kay provides full-service support to clients, including financial reporting and day-to-day accounting solutions. She takes pride in helping clients develop reliable, accurate financials they can trust to run their businesses effectively.

Kay works with clients across a range of industries, including construction, manufacturing, and education. She earned her Accounting degree from King’s College in Charlotte, North Carolina, but her interest in accounting began much earlier. Inspired by a high school teacher who made the subject engaging and enjoyable, Kay pursued the profession with passion and has remained in the field ever since.

Born and raised in Monroe, Kay has deep roots in Union County and works out of DMJPS’ Monroe office. Outside of work, she enjoys baking and serves her church in various areas.
