Nicolette Dailey, CPA

Nicolette (Nikki) Dailey is a Senior Manager at DMJPS CPAs + Advisors in Tax Services. Nikki brings extensive experience in federal and multi-state taxation. She specializes in preparing and managing income tax engagements for both businesses and individuals across a variety of industries, including construction, real estate, retail and distribution, SaaS, staffing, and professional services.

Nikki earned a Master of Accountancy with a concentration in Tax from the University of North Florida and began her accounting career in 2009. Prior to joining DMJPS, she spent her entire career with a large independent Florida-based CPA firm, where she advanced to shareholder. In that role, she led complex tax engagements, performed multi-state compliance and nexus evaluations, and assisted clients in resolving matters with the IRS and state tax authorities. She also provides strategic individual tax planning and research to address complex tax challenges.

Drawn to the profession by a passion for problem-solving and the complexities of tax law, Nikki is committed to delivering thoughtful, responsive service and building strong client relationships.

Originally from Jacksonville, Florida, Nikki enjoys hiking, traveling, and long-distance running. She is a lifelong Miami Dolphins fan and an avid runner who completed the New York City Marathon in 2024, one of the six World Marathon Majors. She also volunteers with local animal rescue organizations and enjoys spending time with her husband and their six cats.
