Bio
Benjamin (Ben) Buckner is a Senior Manager at DMJPS CPAs + Advisors in Tax Services. He provides tax compliance and consulting services for partnerships, S corporations, individuals, and corporations. With more than 10 years of experience, Ben serves clients across a variety of industries, including agriculture, manufacturing and distribution, professional services, real estate, breweries, and hospitality.
Known for his responsiveness, attention to detail, and technical experience, Ben works closely with clients to navigate complex tax matters, identify opportunities, and support long-term financial goals.
Ben earned a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Science, with minors in Agricultural Business Management and Animal Science, from North Carolina State University and a Master of Science in Accounting from East Carolina University. Prior to entering public accounting, he managed more than 20 poultry farms across Eastern North Carolina for a large agricultural company, giving him valuable firsthand insight into the challenges faced by business owners and operators.
Outside of the office, Ben enjoys golfing, fishing, cheering on the Wolfpack, and spending time with his family.
