Bio
Samantha Suozzi is a Senior Manager at DMJPS CPAs + Advisors in Tax Services. With a wealth of experience, Samantha focuses on business tax and accounting services, leveraging her experience to a variety of industries, including retails, professional services, and real estate. Throughout her career, she has worked with closely held S-corporations and partnerships, sole proprietorships, high net-worth individuals, trusts, and estates.
Certified in both QuickBooks Desktop and Online, Samantha excels in client setup and troubleshooting, serving as a go-to for QuickBooks-related matters. She brings a blend of technical and managerial knowledge to the DMJPS team, nurturing the growth of future accountants through mentorship.
Samantha’s career journey began in law enforcement, where she received Officer of the Year during her tenure as a Police Officer in Wilmington, NC. Additionally, she is certified in self-defense instruction and has volunteered as a firefighter.
Samantha holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and a Master of Science in Accounting, embodying a diverse skill set that extends beyond the financial realm. A CPA by profession, she is passionate about exploring culinary delights, traveling, reading, and staying active through exercise, kayaking, and paddle boarding.
Born and raised in the Wilmington/Topsail area, Samantha resides in Wilmington with her husband, two cats, and a dog, indulging in outdoor adventures and cherished moments with loved ones under the sun.
