In partnership with DataJoe, a market research firm, Business North Carolina surveyed employees and their employers to determine 2022’s list of the best places to work in North Carolina. The survey included important workplace satisfaction topics such as work-life balance, benefits, training, and social responsibility.

DMJPS was formed from the merger of Johnson Price Sprinkle PA (JPS) and DMJ & Co., PLLC (DMJ) on June 1, 2022. The 2022 Best Employer submission was made prior to the recent merger, with JPS and its team completing workplace surveys. It is the 9th consecutive year receiving this statewide award. DMJPS is proud to provide reduced work weeks after April deadline through the end of the year, continuing education reimbursement, paid volunteer hours, and strong community engagement as just a few of its many benefits.
