Meet Alicia
Bio
Alicia is an HR professional with over 15 years’ experience leading for-profit and nonprofit organizations in human resources management. As Chief Human Resources Officer at DMJPS PLLC, her areas of responsibility include employee and labor relations, benefits, policy development, recruiting, coaching and development, payroll processing and performance management.
Alicia holds the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification as well as the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) credential. She received a BS in Business Administration from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University. AGGIE PRIDE!
She is a member of the Human Resources Management Association of Greensboro and the Society for Human Resource Management. For the past 2 years, Alicia has served as an appointed member of the HRMAG chapter Board of Directors where she monitors and evaluates local activities concerning military/veteran issues, plans and encourages chapter involvement.
Alicia enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, traveling, and shopping with her sisters.
