Andrew A. Steel, CPA

Andrew “Drew” Steel is a Partner at DMJPS CPAs + Advisors in Tax Services. With more than 20 years of experience, he provides tax compliance, planning, and consulting services to privately held businesses and individuals. Drew works with corporations, S corporations, partnerships, and high-net-worth individuals across a variety of industries, including real estate, construction, healthcare, dental practices, and professional services.

Drew helps clients navigate complex tax matters, including multistate taxation, international compliance requirements, and strategic tax planning. He values the opportunity to build long-term client relationships, serve businesses and individuals across a wide range of industries, and deliver thoughtful, high-quality solutions tailored to each client’s needs. Drew also assists clients in resolving matters with the IRS and state taxing authorities, providing practical guidance and responsive support throughout the process.

He earned both his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Master of Business Administration with concentrations in Accounting from Southern Connecticut State University.

Outside of work, Drew enjoys spending time outdoors, gardening, landscaping, traveling, and staying active through softball, soccer, pickleball, and other sports. He serves as Treasurer and a Board Member for a homeowner’s association representing more than 1,500 homes and volunteers as a youth baseball, softball, and soccer coach in Burlington. A proud veteran, Drew served 11 years in the U.S. Army Reserves as a Sergeant and Motor Transport Operator, including an 18-month deployment in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom.
