Libby Billoto is a DMJPS CPAs + Advisors Client Accounting Specialist in Client Accounting and Advisory Services (CAAS). She brings over 30 years of diverse experience to her role, with a strong background in bookkeeping, payroll (including after-the-fact payroll), administrative support, tax return preparation, and customer service. Libby is a valuable resource to clients and her team. Known for her responsiveness, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities, she is dedicated to delivering consistent and efficient support across a wide range of client needs.

Based in the Monroe office, Libby is a lifelong resident of Monroe, NC. She gives back to her community through volunteer work with the Union County Christmas Bureau.

Libby enjoys a full family life outside the office with her husband, four children, and two grandchildren. She’s an avid reader—always open to book recommendations—and a passionate collector of miniatures.
