Meet Ramona
Bio
Ramona Henegar is a Manager at DMJPS CPAs + Advisors in Tax Services. With nearly three decades of experience, she focuses on strategic tax planning and consulting services for a diverse group of privately-owned businesses and individuals in industries such as real estate and professional services. Ramona also works with fiduciary tax matters, including trusts and estates.
A high school accounting class sparked her interest in the profession, and she went on to earn her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from UNC Charlotte. Ramona began her career in audit and tax, later focusing fully on tax services. Her assurance background continues to enhance her ability to navigate complex tax matters with precision and insight.
A Stanly County native, Ramona is based in the firm’s Monroe office. Outside of work, she enjoys baking and decorating cakes, spending time outdoors, especially camping, hiking, and walking, and making memories with her family.
