CPA Firm Management Reviews
CPA Firm Management Reviews typically span two days and include advanced engagement preparation. In advance of the meeting, a detailed firm profile template is completed and each partner will be asked to complete a confidential questionnaire. Engagements typically begin with the firm’s managing partner and the discussion of areas of concern often occur over dinner. In the days following, individual interviews with partners and other key personnel are conducted. On the second day, the meeting is concluded with an exit conference and a bullet point report is presented to the partner group.
